We collect information you choose to provide, such as your email address and optional exam rank when you join an exam alert list, contact details included with feedback, and content you submit to app or web tools.

We also receive limited technical information needed to operate and secure the service, including device push tokens and notification preferences, app and browser details, approximate network information, error logs, subscription-validation data, and usage events.

• Validate purchases, prevent abuse, and keep the service secure.
• Understand feature use and improve reliability and content.
• Measure whether search or other advertising leads to a waitlist signup or app visit.

The website uses Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics to understand visits and completed actions, such as a successful Exam 7533 waitlist signup. The mobile apps may use Firebase Analytics for similar product analytics. These services may process device, browser, campaign, and interaction information under their own privacy terms.

We do not sell personal information. We do not provide your exam-alert email address to advertisers for their own marketing.

We use service providers only as needed to run Patrol Guide Pro. They include Cloudflare for backend services and security, Vercel for website hosting and analytics, Resend for email delivery and list management, Google and Firebase for analytics and Android services, and Apple and Google for store purchases.

When you intentionally use an AI-assisted or audio feature, submitted content may be sent to the cloud-processing provider needed to return the requested result. Payment-card details are handled by the applicable app store and are not stored by Patrol Guide Pro.

Exam-alert contact information is kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. Push tokens expire after inactivity and are refreshed by the app. Other records are retained only as long as reasonably needed for the service, security, legal obligations, and dispute resolution.

You can disable push categories in the app, change system notification permission in device settings, and unsubscribe from email using the link in an email. You may also ask to access or delete information associated with your email address.

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Patrol Guide Pro is not directed to children under 13.

This policy may be updated as the service changes. A material update will be reflected by a new effective date on this page.
